Ives Tošić
I am Ives Tošić, a Master of Business Economics and founder of Noverra. I provide individual professional support to entrepreneurs, companies, associations and family farms starting and developing their activities.
I have nearly ten years of professional experience in finance, project preparation and implementation, and civil society organisations. I have held a management role in project preparation and delivery, graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split, and continued my professional development in bookkeeping and EU project management.
Alongside my own business, I also work as an external expert associate of Aktiva Brač Entrepreneurship Centre.

How Noverra began
After years working in finance and project delivery, I decided to start my own business and put my experience to work for entrepreneurs seeking practical professional support. I help them develop ideas, assess investments and prepare essential business documentation.
My approach to consulting
We start by discussing your goals and challenges. I review the available information and suggest the next steps. Throughout our cooperation, I explain calculations, documents and obligations so you understand the basis for your decisions.
