Information on the processing of personal data by Noverra.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Noverra, sole-trader business owned by Ives Tošić, Vladimira Nazora 11, 20350 Metković, Croatia. Contact: info@noverra.hr.
2. What information do we process?
When you send an enquiry, we process the information provided in the form, such as your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), organisation (if provided) and enquiry details. We use it to respond and prepare a proposal or take steps requested before a potential contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Necessary technical information may be processed to ensure website security and operation (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may process website usage information (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Service providers and retention
Our hosting provider is O Telekomunikacije d.o.o. Email communication may be processed using Google Workspace. Information is retained for as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics settings.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Contact us at info@noverra.hr. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
5. Cookies and changes
Analytics cookies are optional and are not enabled by our own consent system until you agree. You may revisit Cookie settings at any time. This information may be updated when our services or systems change.
